The silent victims of the British serial rapist cop have a lot in common with the impoverished victims of 3rd world extrajudicial executions. It is paralyzing fear of police and state power, not misogyny per se that terrifies them. Expanding the Woke state will not solve the problem.
Only redressing the imbalance between the growing state and the shrinking individual holds any hope for the cowed and browbeaten. Otherwise only those who already count themselves dead can by psychologically free; the rest will always be waiting for ‘someone’ to save them.
Where power fails to be checked by constitutional checks and balances it eventually creates a chaos storm from the stews of its own corruption. History shows that when libertarianism is crushed by authoritarianism, power rather than persisting is followed by barbarism.
The successor to every all-powerful state is the Failed State.
