Twitter outage seems resolved

Tweets failed to post and wound up in unsent drafts. Notifications also failed to tag. The main account remained accessible (I could edit the profile) but the related tweet and notification tables could not be updated. Seems ok now. Reasonable to conjecture that the tweets were saving to draft because a transaction was failing. Watching …
